Bill Pay Error Message in the Mobile App- It has come to our attention that some customers are receiving an error message when trying to access Bill Pay via the Mobile App. We are working on a fix for this issue but in the meantime please log in to Online Banking using the browser on your phone, computer, or tablet to circumvent this issue. To find your account number in online banking, go to your Account History page, then select the "Details" drop down under your account name. You can also find our ACH routing number here as well.
[email protected] is not a Secure Email, so please do not send account or card information to this email address. We also offer Secure Email through our online banking and a list of Secure Forms that allow you to update your address or tell us about foreign travel, among many other options.
Bill Pay can be used to pay bills securely to merchants and other institutions. If you need to complete a personal transfer or pay individuals via external transfer, please use POP Money to complete these transfers.
The Payee may not be contracted with our vendor to receive electronic funds so a check has been issued to them. If this check is not presented in 90 days the funds will be returned to the funding account.
At this time we do not offer this service; however, you can easily arrange to make a payment through our Live Chat feature or over the Phone by calling us at 1-800-800-1577.
An ITM is an "Interactive Teller Machine". Through our ITM technology, you can be assisted by a live teller virtually, often with extended hours. For latest ITM hours, please visit our Contact Us page.
Our ITMs can accept cash or check deposits, complete withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and even cash checks.
Our Customer Contact Center representatives can assist you with everything from verifying account balances, completing transfers, complete fraud or debit card inquiries and provide support to help you complete online banking or mobile app transactions.
