The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

COVID-19 Pandemic Response
We follow the guidance of the CDC, state, and local health officials. Currently masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals, and any branch team members will be happy to put on a mask if requested by a customer.
Non-vaccinated individuals are still required to wear a mask in our branches and offices. If you require special accommodations and are unable to wear a mask where required, please call 1-800-800-1577 to discuss your options.

Online banking is available to anyone with any type of First Fed account. Login is at the top right corner of this website. Also, for ease of use, we have included access here.
To find your account number in online banking, go to your Account History page, then select the "Details" drop down under your account name. You can also find our ACH routing number here as well.
[email protected] is not a Secure Email, so please do not send account or card information to this email address. We also offer Secure Email through our online banking and a list of Secure Forms that allow you to update your address or tell us about foreign travel, among many other options.
Bill Pay can be used to pay bills securely to merchants and other institutions. If you need to complete a personal transfer or pay individuals via external transfer, please use POP Money to complete these transfers.
The Payee may not be contracted with our vendor to receive electronic funds so a check has been issued to them. If this check is not presented in 90 days the funds will be returned to the funding account.
Yes! First Fed online banking allows you to make loan payments from an external deposit account. After logging in, go to "Move Money" in the navigation. Under the Payments tab, select "Loan payments from another bank."
An ITM is an "Interactive Teller Machine". Through our ITM technology, you can be assisted by a live teller virtually, often with extended hours. For latest ITM hours, please visit our Locations page.
Our ITMs can accept cash or check deposits, complete withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and even cash checks.
Withdrawals made at a First Fed ATM and any of over 37,000 MoneyPass ATMs nationwide are all surcharge-free. Any ATM not owned or operated by First Fed or within the MoneyPass network will incur a $2.50 fee for each withdrawal.

First Fed has 10 branches across Washington, with branches in Kitsap, Clallam, Jefferson, and Whatcom Counties. Two additional branches in Ferndale and Bellevue are planned to open in Summer 2021.
