Card Controls and Alerts
Use card controls to monitor your debit card with transaction alerts and decline limits.
Set up card controls in online banking:
- Log into online banking
- Under the “Account Services” drop-down menu, select “Card Controls”
- Select "Set declines and alerts" to set up restrictions or notifications for certain types of transactions
- Select “Alert Delivery Options” to choose how you want your alerts delivered, by push notification, text message, or email.
Set up card controls in our mobile banking app:
- Log into your mobile app and tap “More” on the bottom right of your screen
- Tap “Card Controls” under “Account Services”
- Tap "Set declines and alerts" to set up restrictions or notifications for certain types of transactions
- Tap “Alert Delivery Options” to choose how you want your alerts delivered, by push notification, text message, or email.
Lock your debit card if you lose your card or notice suspicious activity.
- In your online or mobile app, navigate to "Card Control Settings"
- Switch “Card Status” to OFF to prevent any use of your card.
- If you have found your card and verified your recent transactions, you can activate your card again by switching “Card Status” back to ON.
