Through our ARC Program, First Fed offers fixed interest rates for terms up to 15 years. These longer fixed-rate loans can help you maximize your investment and avoid future market fluctuations. A forward rate lock option is also available if you are in the process of purchasing commercial property.
If market rates continue to rise, having a lower rate locked in can be a great benefit, whether you decide to keep or sell your property. If you decide to sell down the road, the fixed-rate term can be assumed by the buyer (pending qualification), or you can also transfer the loan to another commercial property purchase.
