A Message from Curt Queyrouze, President & CEO
Hello First Fed community,
I’m honored to introduce myself as the new President and CEO of First Fed. From my very first conversations with the team, it was clear that this is a bank built on purpose, one that truly values relationships, innovation, and the well-being of the communities it serves. That’s exactly the kind of organization I’m proud to lead.
Over the past 40+ years in financial services, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles—from risk and credit to technology and strategy—and across organizations both large and small. Most recently, I was at Coastal Financial Corporation here in Washington, and before that, I served as President and CEO of TAB Bank in Utah, where we developed new ways to understand and support our customers through smart technology and a human touch. No matter the role, what’s always mattered most to me is helping people thrive, whether that’s a small business owner getting started, a family buying their first home, or a team member growing in their career.
What drew me to First Fed is the heart behind the bank. For over a century, First Fed has been a trusted local partner known not just for great service, but for showing up for its neighbors. That legacy is something I deeply respect and look forward to building on.
As I step into this new chapter, I’m excited to listen, learn, and work alongside the incredible team here to support your goals—with tools that make banking easier, relationships that make it personal, and a shared vision for stronger, more connected communities across the Pacific Northwest.
Thank you for the warm welcome. I can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together.
Warmly,
Curt Queyrouze
President & CEO, First Fed
