What is an ITM?
An ITM is an "Interactive Teller Machine". Through our ITM technology, you can be assisted by a live teller virtually, often with extended hours.
Through this live, two-way video interaction, our customer service team members can assist with:
- Withdrawals
- Check Cashing
- Deposits & Transfers
- Loan Payments
- Inquiries and more!

Need basic ATM services?
Withdrawals made at a First Fed ATM and any of over 37,000 MoneyPass ATMs nationwide are all surcharge-free. Any ATM not owned or operated by First Fed or within the MoneyPass network will incur a $2.50 fee for each withdrawal.
