Due to increases in fraudulent debit card transactions from foreign countries, First Federal must place restrictions on the use of our debit cards outside of the United States. If you are planning to travel abroad and wish to use your debit card, please contact your local branch or our Customer Service Department at 360-417-3204 to have your card activated for foreign transactions during your travel dates.

Contact Customer Service immediately at 360-417-3204 or 800-800-1577 during business hours to report a lost or stolen card and request a new card. After hours please call 1-800-554-8969. First Federal has a monitoring system for ATM and debit card transactions. This program can identify potentially fraudulent activity and will contact you to proactively stop the fraudulent activity. Potential fraud is triggered by many different activities such as a change of locale, change in patterns, purchases at high risk businesses or industries. You will be contacted initially with an automated phone call and will be asked to verify recent transaction activity. To contact the monitoring system after you have been notified of potentially fraudulent transactions, call 1-800-262-2024. How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point(s) for every $2 for each Signature Debit transaction
Plus, you can earn even more points when you shop at participating retailers. Choose to shop in-store at national or local retailers or online through www.uchooserewards.com. When shopping in-store, select credit and sign for your purchases.
Where can I earn points?
You earn points everywhere your card is accepted.
When can I redeem my points?
It can take up to 40 days for your points to be credited to your account. You must accumulate 1,500 points before you can redeem your points. After that, you can redeem for any number of amazing items. Simply look for your Total Points at the top of any page to see how many points you have available for redemption.
Can I share points with family members?
Yes, all cards within an account automatically earn points together. In addition, if you have multiple debit accounts with UChoose Rewards you can link them together to earn rewards faster. Visit the Profile page to link more accounts to your program.
What can I redeem my points for?
It's your choice! You can choose from millions of options, whether it's products, travel experiences, activities, event tickets, or more! Simply visit the Redeem Points page and click on the category that suits your interests.
