If the third party's phone system does not allow for 900# calls, please direct them to www.verifydeposit.com to register their company name. Upon completion of the registration process, they will receive an email containing instructions and a toll free number for submitting Verification of Mortgages. A $25 processing fee will be billed to the payment method chosen for each fax received.
The Consumer Account Request must still include the following:
