The Consumer Account Request must include the following:
· Company's name and complete address
· Requestor's name and telephone number
· First Federal customer's name and address (for whom the information is requested)
· First Federal account number and customer’s Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID number
· Borrower's authorization should be in the same name as the entity requesting the verification, or provide the listing of relationship of authorized parties to request information.
· First Federal customer's signature (s), we cannot process requests without proper authorization by our customer.
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing time. Turn-around time may vary due to changes in request volume.
